A New Mission of Compassion

We’re excited to share a heartfelt update about the direction of the Armenian Grocery Ministry. This new year, our ministry will embark on a new mission. Our efforts will be focused on providing care to orphans in Armenia and at the Birds’ Nest Armenian Orphanage in Lebanon.

For years, the Armenian Grocery Ministry has worked diligently to serve vulnerable families across the Armenian community. Now, recognizing the urgent needs of orphaned children—many of whom face food insecurity and lack basic necessities—we are turning our attention to the most vulnerable among us.

Starting this month, donations and resources will be directed specifically toward:

• Orphans in Armenia: We will provide ongoing support for children without parents or family and who are living in an orphanage.

• Birds’ Nest Orphanage, Lebanon: A historic and beloved institution that has served Armenian orphans for nearly a century, the Birds’ Nest will receive ongoing support and care of the children under its protection.

This re-focus allows us to make a deeper and more lasting impact on the lives of children who need it most. With inflation, economic hardship, and regional instability, we believe this is a necessary and timely adjustment in our ministry.
